Welcome to the Wildwood Estates One Property Owner’s Association website!
A property owner’s association is established to help the community by protecting common property, members, and overall property value. All property owners are automatically a member, since membership is mandatory and automatic for all property owners in the subdivision. Members are able to volunteer and serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are in charge of voting and making decisions for the betterment of the community. Contact the Association office to learn more about how you can be involved in helping better your community. Governing Documents filed in the County Property Records bind the property owner and the association to each other through mandated actions. Mandatory assessments are charged once per year in order to operate and maintain the community association and common property. Our goal as an Association is to help the community by providing general maintenance of the common areas and protecting overall property value.
